The other thing, too, is that when we talk about the semiconductor shortage or we talk about, you know, any kind of supply chain issue with semiconductors, we don't exactly say what the goal is at the end of it. So, a lot of people will point to national security because there are chips that have very proprietary things that do special things with the missiles that kill brown children in Yemen but then, we could just not have those be made by private companies. Like the tools could just be bought by the department of defense, or the tools could be bought by like the department of commerce or the national institute of science and technology, those kinds of things. Where will be the best intervention if the government was to choose one...?
