YouTube Description
as posted by the channelIdiot grifters who make a ton of money off of railing against 'wokeism', particularly in the workplace are getting something fundamentally wrong. They like to frame wokeism in the workplace as being imposed on the workers by evil leftist corporate overlords. But the policies they're demonizing actually come from the workers who want to be in an environment where everyone is treated fairly and with respect.

What I wanted to talk about is wokeism in the workplace. and in particular, how certain groups have been particular Nas balls like mountain and Hinkle and bro leftists like that or populists like the MPP you know adopt conservative talking points in talking about tokenism in particular its relationship to the workplace. and I think that it's essential that you know we have some things to kind of counter that. and how you know wokeism isn't something that's in the workplace isn't something that's imposed by the bosses like conservatives and and and you know the Naz volts like to claim. but rather something that's worker-driven the workers themselves push you to know sort of a woke ideology in the workplace. And I even have, by working ideology, what are you talking about? just having one… I'm thinking right and things like that. You know, I think well you know how they like Miley pen and and and Hinkle and they adopt all these anti-trans like well we can't support trans people because you know workers oppose trans rights and all that you know nonsense. and I said that you know that when workplaces become more essentially liberalized it's not something the bosses are imposing on the workplace. but rather something the workers are forcing the bosses to adopt.
