Several right-wing "luminaries" (such as Dennis Prager) have refused to debate Sam Seder but will debate TYT's Ana Kasparian. Why is that? If they think somehow she is an easy mark, they are making a gravely mistake.

Hi. I was just calling because I just wanted to ask you just briefly about a thing I was kind of interested in like the whole thing between you and Stephen Crowder. And I was kind of curious about just the whole notion about the right to being afraid to debate. I was kind of wondering because recently I'd seen a debate between sorry I'm kind of flustered between Ben Shapiro and Ana Kasparian. and I was just curious why like I guess I was wondering why they would debate people like her who are also like pretty informed and like like on the left too. I mean and I think I think that was a format that you know well that was the same way that you debated Charlie Kirk right Sam? I was at position I'm not sure Ben was at some kind of like I'm trying to remember what the context was. like a sponsored talk. oh yeah. yeah, they got paid for it. but I also mean I think that's part of it. I also think that like you can only they I think to a certain extent probably TYT has enough of a reach where the idea of Ben or Prager being afraid to debate a woman really begins to undercut their you know their sort of brand proposition. I also know from my experience in working with Janine Garofalo you know 15-16 years ago in this sort of World that and you can see this on Fox News too. like who it is that they demonize more than anybody else. They will demonize young women. and if they can young women of color. and I think that they also know that their audiences when you put up a man and a woman. Their audience is already the score before they open their mouths. His man, you know, 20 points woman down woman minus five yeah points. I mean they want to see her get brought down to size basically. So all right yeah okay and I think there's just an inclination to assume that what she's saying is going to be you know that Their audience is less willing to listen to someone like that. and then I think that also that they created what I think is a myth around you know what I was going to do to them if I got into a debate with them.
