I have a younger son. just lay it out for me like who it is you're suing in on what basis? who are your clients? thanks, Sam. This is really a part of litigation. Everyone that I speak with has very strong feelings just because it affects everyone that has a family. These young children are very vulnerable and we're just seeing what negative impact their continuous exposure to social media is having on that and on their development. so the situation is against social media companies primarily The Meta defendants. which are Facebook and Instagram. However, because there is a lot of crossover and multi-use with various social media platforms, I do Envision that there will be other defendants that participate in the litigation as well. such as Tick Tock Snapchat YouTube perhaps. so I do see Envision that it will expand beyond meta. but given what voluminous market share meta takes of social media use especially Instagram I definitely do see them as one of the key defendants. okay so what let's talk about like what age are we talking about who are your plaintiffs? Because the plaintiffs are adolescents, one of the criteria is that you have to start using social media as a minor. so it affects you know children anywhere from age I've seen as young as seven eight and nine all the way up through 18 years old. and what characteristics do they have that make them plaintiffs? yeah so basically what makes you know these young vulnerable children is the fact that they become addicted to social media use. and what that means is that there is a continuous use of social media for at least three hours a day for an extended period. eventually, the way the product is designed is going to cause Reliance and it's going to cause the children to rely on and to come back and continuously continue to use social media. and that is what we're looking for in children that have a lot of ongoing exposure to social media. I mean that feels like almost all children.
