10:21Now PlayingDonald Trump released a new attack ad on Ron DeSantis, calling the Florida governor ungrateful for the support he received from Trump during his gubernatorial race in 2018.
The ad, which is titled "Unfit," features footage of DeSantis praising Trump during his 2018 campaign. The ad then cuts to footage of DeSantis criticizing Trump on a number of issues, including his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and his role in the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol.
The ad ends with a voiceover from Trump, who says, "Ron DeSantis is unfit to be president. He's a fake, he's a fraud, and he's not loyal to our movement."
The ad is the latest salvo in the escalating feud between Trump and DeSantis. The two men have been allies for years, but their relationship has soured in recent months as they both eye a run for president in 2024.
