Josh first touches on the North Carolina Bathroom Law in 2013 – where the GOP attempted to use its Governorship and Super Majority in the state as a testing ground for their fascist legislation – and the resulting democratic governorship of Roy Cooper that continues to this day, before walking through the second wave of attempts around the 2016 election of Donald Trump, particularly those in Virginia and New Jersey, which failed so severely they saw Donald Trump pivot to a faux-Pro-LGBT stance for the 2020 race.
