In the rural parts of Africa, communities are suffering from disease, conflict, and famine that most humanitarian organizations cannot reach. Thanks to our Mission Aviation Services, this hurdle is no longer an issue, as our planes have carried relief cargo to the Ends of the Earth for over 20 years. Some planes, such as our DC-3, are also capable of carrying passengers, which allows us to transport people suffering from cleft lip and palate to medical facilities capable of treating their condition and improving their lives forever. By going the extra mile to care for the hardest-to-reach communities, our Aviation team can meet people's physical and spiritual needs even in the most remote places.
