Samaritan's Purse has been addressing this great need by founding the EDEN Project, where local churches help families start their own gardens that provide fresh crops and income for the household. This program provides seeds, tools, and training on how to grow and harvest crops to generate the highest yield. TuTu is one of the beneficiaries of the EDEN Project, and her time within the program has provided food for her children while strengthening her connection with the Gospel. Each bundle of lettuce out of TuTu's garden has become much more than a gift, as each bundle becomes an opportunity to share the Gospel and thank God for his love and provision.
