When it goes to viewing properties, most people will go to the property, look around, and then put they offer with the agent. Most of the cases this offer will be lower than the asking price and this may annoy the agent. It is a big time waster not only for the agent but for yourself as well. Instead... just call the agents in advance and be polite.
