Want Me To Mentor You Form Just £1?

Rent-To-Rent (R2R) is when you take control of a property by offering the landlord a fixed guaranteed rent, and then benefit from running the property as a House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) or as Serviced Accommodation (SA) and benefit from the additional cashflow.

What would somebody take on a Rent to Rent property?

Many people are learning this strategy because the average profit on a good R2R deal is approximately £500 after all costs. 4 of these deals could drastically change most peoples lives financially. Whilst there is management involved it is a great way to get started in property with very little money.

Why would a landlord agree to a Rent to Rent on their property?

Whilst landlords could rent the properties out themselves and make more money, the kind of owner that would agree to a R2R would be one who wants a guaranteed rent, no late payments, no voids, no management issues and a hassle free life. There are many property owners that find the Rent-to-Rent proposal attractive but it certainly is not for everybody.
