Capital Gains Tax is potentially going to be spiking as from 2021 and some have said it could even double!

My personal opinion is that whilst I’m sure the government will increase taxes, they are potentially scare mongering in how bad it will be for people in the hope that more people rush to sell their homes in the hope to keep the housing market alive.

Capital Gains Tax is not applicable for SPV’s anyway and neither would you pay tax when releasing equity from a refinance.
