At the time this was groundbreaking for a young entrepreneur from a working class background to make such a courageous move. Samuel said,

It was a very emotional day when Anthony, David and James surprised Samuel with their very own latest development deal, that was a large 19,000 ft Castle in Plas Gwynfryn, North Wales.
The trio connected at on Samuel's Property Investment Academy and set up AWT Development in 2021.
