I sat down with George on this weeks Winners Wednesday. He flew all the way from Sweden to be at the crash course to learn about the strategies for rent to rent, HMO(House Of Multiple Occupancy) and BRRR (Buy Refurbish Refinance) From what he learnt from the advanced training he went on to book several property viewings. This led him to secure a hotel on a rent 2 rent deal and through out the pandemic this deal alone made him £7500 profit a month. And it has been full the entire time!
