On this weeks Winners Samuel interviews Alfie and Jess about their meteoric success they've achieved in their property investment journey to hit over £30k turnover in the last 4 months.
This wasn't when their journey first started though and they'll explain they regret not taking action after their first Crash Course and how it took a change in mindset to get out of their 9 - 5 jobs to propel them forward.
They talk openly about how you have to persevere, keep the intensity high and how networking with the Academy has helped them achieve their goals. It wasn't all plain sailing and they talk refreshingly about their early setbacks, but by not taking NO for an answer they were able to secure a high end Serviced Accommodation property in Brighton that gives them £3k a month profit.
They discuss with Samuel how securing that first deal has built their confidence and they got their second within a couple of weeks. Now with a couple of properties in their portfolio, including a Joint Venture with a fellow Academy member, they are now looking at BRR properties as their next strategy.
From working in the NHS to becoming financially free, they are the perfect example of how anyone can get into property and achieve success.
