Today many Buy-To-Lets barely break even.

💰 Section 24 changed everything.

Landlords can no longer offset their mortgage interest as a legitimate tax deductible expense.

Meaning your profit is often taxed on money you never actually made. Add higher interest rates and tighter regulation, and suddenly the traditional buy to let model is dead in the water.

But don’t panic, money is still being made in property, just not the old way.

✅ Rent to rent

✅ Serviced accommodation

✅ Commercial conversions

✅ BRRR (buy, refurbish, refinance, rent)
