YouTube Description
as posted by the channel1) Money only works because everyone agrees it does.
Governments can print more overnight, and when they do, your savings quietly lose value.
I make money fast but always put it straight into property. When inflation rises, my property’s value rises, while the value of cash shrinks.
2) You need two types of income.
One that generates you money quickly (for me: property deal selling)
Another that lets your money grow steadily over the long term (for me: capital appreciation)
3) The rich get paid with debt.
When my long-term property investments appreciate, I don’t sell. Why? I’d have to pay tax.
Instead, I remortgage (take a loan against the asset), pulling out debt. You don’t pay tax on debt.
