I’m at the Blue Boar Hotel in Essex with multimillionaire entrepreneur @JamesSinclairEntrepreneur to settle a big property question – is running a traditional hotel actually better than serviced accommodation?

James has built a huge business empire and owns a 40-bedroom hotel that was bought for around £2.2 million.
