This is the project I shot the Pete Seeger video for. Three years ago, Dan Strickland, invited Si Kahn to come to Alaska to write a "theme song" for the campaign to stop the Pebble Mine and to protect Bristol Bay permanently. That visit resulted in 15 songs on a soon to be released CD, titled Bristol Bay. Si ,Dan, along with former Alaska State Senator Suzanne Little, also founded Musicians United To Protect Bristol Bay, which is now an international network of musicians dedicated to using their collective voice to to prevent this potential environmental, human and cultural disaster.

The internationally recognized multimedia show WoodSongs will devote its live broadcast on Monday, March 18th at 7pm to the fight to stop the Pebble Mine and to protect Bristol Bay permanently. You can hear the livestream of the concert, which also features Tom Chapin by going to
