Huge win for freedom of speech and assembly by 3, in the 1845 Anti-Mask Law, Esther Robinson and two other protestors who were arrested last year, represented by Norman Siegel, protested today outside the Russian Consulate in solidarity on the one year anniversary of Pussy Riot's arrest and imprisonment to a Russian gulag.
In August of 2012, Pussy Riot, a Russian feminist punk rock band, staged an anti Putin performance at a Russian Orthodox church, lasting...a matter of seconds
They were arrested and convicted of 'hooliganism' and are still in a Russian penal colony.. one year later!
