Mayor cowers in his office sending an aide to retrieve 40,000 petitions (and take them to the trash out back) shunning the will of 66% of New Yorkers opting instead for NYCLASS the 1% of Radical Animal Rights Extremists, who elected him in the lowest turn out in history. They donated $81.250 to his campaign. It has nothing to do with the horses, it's the property where the stables are which have been recently rezoned for 72 story hi rises.
