Picture the Homeless, an advocacy group made up of homeless people rallied on 125th street about Mayor de Blasio's new policy to arrest the homeless off the streets, jail them for 5 hours, throw away their stuff and then put them back onto the street.
They are part of the SHELTER FOR PROFIT system, where slum lords are given $4,000 a month per rat infested room by the Department of Homeless Services when all these people need are a chance to start over in affordable housing.
