YouTube Description
as posted by the channelAfter 9 years of waiting and hoping I'd be able to genetically transform columbine flowers one day, we can finally do it!! I got to return to the Kramer Lab at Harvard where I did my Ph.D. to learn the protocol from Dr. Yan Gong, the Postdoctoral Fellow who figured out how to do the transformation. Scientific closure after this long sure feels great!
