In this video I talk about Tennessee banning Black Lives Matter, and Antifa, as organizations on state college campuses. I discuss things I dislike about each organization, citing various examples. I distinguish between the behavior of both organizations. Because to be perfectly honest BLM is no where near as bad as Antifa. BLM is on the wrong side of certain issues, while Antifa is a bunch of violent commies. Then I explain why I am against the banning of either one of these groups. My arguments are made purely on First Amendment grounds. Protecting Free Speech and Association is easy when you agree with the message, or the messenger. However, I believe it's much more important to stand up for those you disagree with, those who have terrible ideas. This is why I'll defend Antifa's right to exist. Furthermore, the ban feeds into the pre-existing victim complex these groups have.
