In this video I discuss the Michelle Carter case. While most people focused on the superficial details, I delve deep into the precedent this case could set going forward. The precedent that could easily open the door for future judges to liken speech to violence. I believe it is incumbent on all Free speech advocates to speak up even when they might hate the person who's rights are being violated in order to protect the idea as a whole. While we all feel terrible for Roy and his family, allowing ourselves to be guided by emotion is a dangerous proposition.
