as posted by the channelIn this video I break down the recent & tragic story involving a swatting incident in Wichita Kansas. After an apparent dispute during an online gaming session, a California man attempted to Swat his opponent. He called the Wichita police department & told them he was stuck in a dangerous situation & needed help immediately, then gave them the address he believed belonged to his opponent. The address turned out to belong to Andrew Finch, a 28 year old man who was shot and killed by police during the incident. Finch had no connection to the game that was the source of the initial dispute. Police have a suspect in custody, and he has been charged with murder. Due to the unusual nature of the case, and the charges involved, I decided to review it in order to determine, whether or not the charges were valid, or if this case was another example of a prosecutor overreaching.
