In this video I break down a TYT video which should've been a retraction of a story that was flat out misreported. Mistakes happen in any field of work, including when reporting the news, and when they do, usually the news outlet in question issues a retraction. A retraction is an acknowledgement of a previous reporting error, usually with an apology attached, and sometimes contains a pledge to do better going forward. Unfortunately the folks at TYT have decided that they no longer do retractions, and in this video I show clearly their misreporting in the past, and the denial of multiple hosts related to this issue. Part of being in media, especially online media is being accountable. However, TYT a a news organization was clearly derelict in their duty when it comes to this story.
