A government shutdown looms again as Democrats fight to remove funding for the Department of Homeland Security. In the wake of tragedy in Minneapolis Senate Democrats are saying they will vote no to fund DHS. The House has passed all 12 appropriations bills, 6 have been signed into law. Senate Majority Leader John Thune is trying to barrell forward, but is a shutdown imminent? Former director of the Office of Management & Budget Mick Mulvaney is here to weigh in on all the extenuating factors, including the freezing cold temperatures and ice on the roads. Karoline Leavitt took control of the narrative in Minneapolis from behind the podium. Sending in Tom Homan, the man the President Obama praised is set to meet with Governor Walz and Mayor Frey. It has been revealed that 470 criminal illegal aliens were released from jail in Minnesota and 1360 criminal illegal aliens still in Minnesota jails. Former Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Chad Wolf joins me to weigh in on the ongoing clash in Minnesota. Will Governor Walz and Mayor Frey actually cooperate by sending local law enforcement to protect ICE agents from violent and aggressive protestors? If the government fails to fund DHS, what does that mean for the Coast Guard, TSA and the Secret Service. Chad wolf unpacks it all!
