Senators Stabenow, Bennet, and Warner will be joined by Jim Ward, Kansas State House Minority Leader, who led the bipartisan effort to overturn Kansas’s tax breaks enacted by Governor Brownback as well as Sarah LaFrenz, a Kansas state employee and PTO parent who witnessed firsthand the impact of the Brownback cuts on public services for Kansas families.
