Oct 6, 201131:54Now PlayingSenator Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, released an EPW Committee Majority Staff Report that sets the record straight about the essential contributions that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and landmark environmental laws have made in protecting public health and promoting economic growth. Senator Boxer was joined at the press conference by Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD) and representatives from several organizations that represent families and workers, including the United Auto Workers (UAW) and the American Lung Association.
