And he promised the legislation would create jobs. It's now clear that not one of those promises will be fulfilled. In fact, the president's health care bill will force millions of Americans out of their existing plans, spend more than $1 trillion over the next 10 years, and reduce employment by 800,000 jobs over the next decade. The president's health care bill is not a solution to the problems in our health care system: it is a disaster.
