After four years of the Obama presidency, more than 23 million Americans are out of work or underemployed, the unemployment rate is above 8 percent (where it has been for an incredible 43 straight months), and hundreds of thousands of Americans (more than 350,000 in August alone) have given up hope of ever finding a job and dropped out of the workforce altogether. The Obama Economy isn't working.
