Society of Sisters decision. The ruling protected parents’ right to choose how and where their children are educated, affirming that government cannot mandate children to attend public school. Senator Moody was joined by Education Secretary Linda McMahon, Representatives Mary Miller and Kat Cammack, as well as Moms for Liberty, Alliance for Defending Freedom, and Defending Education.
