Van Hollen Delivers Floor Speech Marking One Year Since the Collapse of the Key Bridge

U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) speaks on the Senate floor in advance of tomorrow’s one-year mark since the collapse of the Key Bridge in Baltimore.
