Van Hollen speaks at vigil to highlight harms of Republican plans to cut Medicaid

U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) joins a vigil in front of the U.S. Capitol with caregivers, Medicaid beneficiaries, and health care advocates to highlight how Republicans’ proposals to gut Medicaid to help pay for a massive tax giveaway for the wealthy and big corporations will strip away the health care of millions of Americans – including children, seniors, people with disabilities, and those in rural communities.
