Dormant foreign state actors on Australia’s critical infrastructure networks

Under questioning from the Chair of the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security Senator James Paterson, experts say there is significant evidence that foreign state actors may be sitting dormant on Australia’s critical infrastructure networks that could be used to disable systemically important sectors in the prelude to a regional crisis.
