As a physician, he would later go on to serve on the frontlines as a volunteer treating patients in Wyandotte County and Seward County. Together with the GOP Doctors Caucus, Dr. Marshall championed various legislative policies and collaborated with top officials of Operation Warp Speed to ensure the safety and efficacy of the vaccine development process. Dr. Marshall also played a key role in Kansas by helping local health care providers increase their testing capacity and supply of personal protective equipment. Today, Senator Marshall released the following video reflecting on of his year-long effort to combat COVID-19.
