Whitehouse Speaks Out for Sotomayor at American Constitution Society's National Conference

In opening remarks before the national convention of the American Constitution Society, Sheldon Whitehouse articulated a strong, well-researched rebuttal to the omnipresent Republican talking point that Judge Sonia Sotomayors ability to understand how court decisions affect peoples lives somehow means she is not suited to sit on the Supreme Court.
