A vocal critic of the Court's decision to allow unlimited and anonymous campaign spending by corporations, in 2010 Sheldon cosponsored the DISCLOSE Act to prevent anonymous spending and improve transparency, and last year he cosponsored a constitutional amendment that would allow Congress to correct the Court's decision.
