Per his testimony: In all three cases, the shooters used high-capacity magazines. In Aurora, the shootings took place over 90 seconds. In Tucson, the shooter was stopped when he had to reload his high-capacity magazine clip.
Senator Whitehouse is a co-sponsor of Senator Lautenberg's High-Capacity Magazine Ban legislation.
