Simply this: that the unborn doesn't behave or function in the same ways we do. But born human beings differ drastically in their functions, abilities, and characteristics. Yet, we agree such differences are not reasons to kill born individuals.
Although humans differ immensely in terms of functions and characteristics, they share a common human nature. And that human nature began at the moment of conception.
