Clarke D. Forsythe is senior counsel at Americans United for Life, overseeing their nationwide litigation and legislation strategy. Clarke has argued cases before federal and state courts and has testified before Congress and state legislatures. He is a leading policy strategist in bioethical issues and has published more than 15 law review articles and book chapters on bioethics and law. He has taught classes at Wheaton College, Trinity International University, and lectured at Marquette University, Notre Dame, and Ave Maria School of Law. Clarke joins me today to discuss his book, Abuse of Discretion: The Inside Story of Roe v. Wade, the Mississippi case that could overturn Roe, why Roe is unsettled, and the momentum in the states to end abortion.
