Yet the burgeoning networks of Web3, including both crypto and NFT trading, seem at risk of repeating the same striking disparities. Current estimates show only five percent of those who work in crypto are women, and an equally small proportion of NFT sales go to women artists. In this video, we meet some of the women founders, creators, and artists who are fighting to change those statistics and shape a more equitable future for Web3.
