In June, Held v Montana will become the first youth-driven climate lawsuit to make it to trial in the entire country, and could set a precedent nation-wide when it comes to how governments need to handle the climate crisis. Vice News met some of the plaintiffs in this landmark case to find out how suing your state could be a new approach to accountability.
