YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThis is a custom life-enclosure for my Red-tail Boa. She's young now, but as she grows, this enclosure will provide ample space for her through her life. I started from scratch, and everything is hand-built by myself over the course of a few weeks. It cost me about $450. The box is 6 foot long, 3.5 foot tall, and about 2.5 feet deep. It's a great aesthetic piece in my living room and weighs about 250 pounds. I forgot to mention in the video, but it does have a heat-pad underneath the plexiglass floor on the "warm side." If you have any questions or comments, I'd love to hear from you! PS... I forgot to mention in the video, that after I laid out the basic plan for the multi-level shelf out of wood, I covered it in styrofoam planks and shaped them with a utility knife, and THEN applied the stucco, to give it a rock-like look and texture.
