2:20Now Playing#SCOTUS doesn’t strike down legislation keeping guns from domestic abusers. In US v. Rahimi, it holds that historically dangerous people had gun rights restricted in 2024 that can happen too. The Second Amendment doesn’t require more. This should be obvious, but the Court messed up the law a few years ago by making judges become amateur historians and firearm experts rather than consider whether what Congress did makes sense. Over 950 women already dead this year from gunshots by domestic abusers. Of course the law makes sense.
