YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA key battleground for Colonel Gaddafi's army has been the town of Zawiyah.
It's come under attack for three days with several contradictory claims about who's in control.
The town is in the West of Libya, only 30 miles from the capital, Tripoli.
This report centres on what happened in the town over 3 days -- inside the area's hospital and in Martyr Square.
It is there -- in the square -- and sheltering in its mosque, that a civilian militia succeeded in repelling one of the country's most highly-trained military units.
A warning that the report you are about to see by Alex Crawford, camerman Martin Smith and deputy foreign editor Tim Miller shows graphic images of warfare as the battle unfolded..
