Prince Ali bin al Hussein of Jordan told Sky News football's world governing body needs to be more open in future.
This included its finances, which have been shrouded in mystery in recent years.
"My view is that FIFA has to be a proper open organisation (and) we have to have full disclosure of finances," he said.
