Sky News has discovered that the government has been asking businesses to enter into secret agreements regarding their plans for a post-Brexit border.
In a highly unusual move, industry chiefs are being asked to sign Non Disclosure Agreements ahead of meetings with the Treasury and Customs.
In the second part of our investigation, we reveal that these Non-Disclosure Agreements include a plan not to enforce a customs border in the event of No Deal Brexit. It's what industry has been nicknaming the 'throw open the border option'.
