4:54Now PlayingChancellor Philip Hammond has revealed his autumn budget plans and said austerity is "coming to an end".
He said the government would be investing in a new mental health service, including more mental health ambulances and a 24-hour hotline.
After previously suggesting a tax for tech giants, the Chancellor said the tax will come into force in 2020 and will raise around £400m a year.
Mr Hammond also put forward plans to raise personal tax allowance to £12,500 from £11,850.
Some were left disappointed as the Chancellor chose not to introduce a 'latte levy' which campaigners say could help to reduce single-use plastic cups.
