World leaders gathered in Britain and in France to remember all those who died in World War One and in all conflicts since.
In London, the Queen led the tributes - joined by the Prime Minister, opposition leaders, thousands of armed forces veterans - and for this year only a 'People's Procession' where descendants of the men and women who fought and in many cases died serving their country.
